Both our Okumidori and Zairai matcha are single origin top of the harvest single cultivar, produced from a family tea farm in the heart of Wazuka of Kyoto.
Tasting notes:
Okumidori has a a rich and delicately sweet flavour profile. Expect tasting notes of green pea and mango, with a subtle coconut aroma.
Zairai starts of with a gentle umami and finishes clean with some astringency. Expect hints of dark green vegetables and walnuts.
Both Okumidori and Zairai are suitable on its own or as a latte.
